What is sustainable construction?:  the practice of creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle from siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance... Implemented laws in Spain of sustainable construction: -Law of termic installations on buildings: it was started to get modelled on installations of ACS and air conditioning eficency that didn't have normative support in Spain's legal ambits, to evoid economical suicide, it was approved as the first energetic efficency law in the Spanish goverment.

What is a sustainable house?  a sustainable house as you may  already think are safetier  for our environment and nature using onlyshort, less waste, more re-used materials and recycling products. That implies having a nicer health and nature life, that we all expect to have and live in. How can you start having a sustainable house? : -Solar pannels: absorb sunlight as a source of energy to generate direct current electricity.
